These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reprised application and website (the "Service"), operated by Reprised ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
Reprised is a music discovery and logging application that lets you rate, review, list, and keep a diary of music, and access editorial and informational content about artists and albums. Some music data, artwork, lyrics, and related content are provided by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund process. For purchases made on the web, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the terms of our payment provider. Founding 500 annual purchases are final where permitted by law; a refunded Founding 500 purchase forfeits its benefits. You may also contact us at support@reprised.app.
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, lists, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to post it.
You agree not to: post unlawful, hateful, infringing, or abusive content; harass other users; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, album artwork, review excerpts, lyrics, and metadata belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, and informational purposes, with attribution and links to the source where applicable. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that informational content is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, in-app or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Parts of the Service and our newsletter may include paid placements — artist features, releases, or offers funded by labels, artists, or their representatives. Any paid placement is clearly labelled as sponsored so you can always tell it apart from our own editorial picks. Payment buys placement only: it does not buy a favourable review, a rating, or any change to how albums are scored or ranked by users.
